Gaia Messenger is the real-time messaging system built directly into the platform. It allows you to communicate instantly with the Gaia Customer Delivery Team, tied to individual campaigns. Use it for quick feedback, clarifications, revisions, or sharing files without relying on email.

Step-by-step

  1. On your main Dashboard, locate the Recent Messages section.

  2. Click View all to open the full messenger, or click directly on the message you want to continue.

  3. In the Messenger page, select the campaign-specific thread you want to open.

  4. Type your message to chat with the Gaia Customer Delivery Team in real time.

  5. Upload files, images, videos, or documents as needed.

  6. Continue the conversation throughout the campaign lifecycle for approvals, revisions, and updates.
