How to submit a campaign

Overview: what this feature does and when to use it

Gaia's AI campaign submission enables you to submit campaigns in seconds using natural language and integrations. Running omnichannel paid social talent campaigns at scale is difficult - our campaign submission makes it easy!

Step-by-step: written instructions matching the GIF order

  1. Click the 'Create Campaign With AI' button

  2. You now have 3 easy options:

  • Write a prompt in natural language and be sure to include what you’re looking to achieve, job role[s], target number of applications [if applicable], URL, duration and any other relevant information. See the article on how to write a great prompt.

  • Select a job from your ATS

  • Select a job or multiple jobs from our XML feed

  1. You have the option to upload any relevant documents, e.g. job description or advert

  2. Select any creative assets that you want to use on this campaign or upload

  3. Click the ‘Submit’ button

  4. Gaia will then analyse all the context and present you with a confirmation window. This confirmation window is a crucial human-in-the-loop step for you to ensure you’re happy with everything or to make edits. If any key information is missing, these elements will be highlighted for you.

  5. Add any missing details

  6. Click the ‘Submit’ button

  7. Your campaign has now been sent to our customer delivery team for campaign build.

Tips & Troubleshooting:

  • Top tip - ensure that you have onboarded fully into Gaia so Gaia has as much context as possible on your organisation

  • Upload all your creative assets to the creative library early on

  • In your prompt or confirmation step, ensure you add your target number of applications [if relevant to your objective] and ensure that you’re happy with the channel recommendations - these recommendations are based on over 1B data points
