Use this guide to log into Gaia securely or reset your password if you’re unable to access your account.

Step-by-step

Logging in

  1. Go to https://beta.iamgaia.com — this is Gaia’s secure login portal.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click Log in.

Resetting your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password.

  2. Enter the email associated with your Gaia account.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Click Reset password.

  5. You will receive an email — open it and click the link to confirm and complete your password reset.

  • If you do not receive the reset email, check spam/junk folders.

  • Passwords must meet standard security requirements (length/complexity may vary).

  • If your account is SSO-enabled, password resets may be disabled - contact your admin.
