Upload or Edit Brand Guidelines

Overview
Brand guidelines help Gaia generate creative, colours, fonts, and messaging that are consistent with your organisation’s brand. These are usually uploaded during onboarding, but you can update or replace them at any time in your settings.
Step-by-step
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Organisation Details tab.
Click Edit in the top-right corner of the page.
Scroll down to Your Organisation’s Brand Guidelines.
Upload a new guidelines file or delete an existing one.
Save your changes.
Supported formats typically include PDF, PNG, and JPEG.

Tips & Troubleshooting
If your file won’t upload, check it’s in a supported format and under the maximum file size limit.
If your brand has multiple variations (e.g., recruitment vs corporate), include a single consolidated document.
Updating your guidelines will influence future creative generation but does not affect campaigns already created.
