How to Upload or Edit Your Creative Library

Overview

The Creative Library stores all your images, videos, and assets used across campaigns. Upload assets here to ensure they are easily accessible when creating new campaigns or briefs. You can upload, filter, bulk download, or delete creatives at any time.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Creatives in the top menu to open your Creative Library.

  2. Click Upload.

  3. Choose how to upload your assets:

    • Select files from your device

    • Drag and drop files into the upload area

    • Sync and import assets from Google Drive

  4. Once uploaded, your assets will appear in the Creative Library grid.

  5. Use the filters to sort by size, media type, or format.

  6. You can bulk download or delete assets at any time using the action options.

Supported formats typically include images (PNG, JPG), video files (MP4, MOV), and square/vertical/landscape ad formats.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • If files fail to upload, check format, file size, or try uploading in smaller batches.

  • Use consistent file naming to make assets easier to find when filtering.

  • Deleting an asset from the library does not affect campaigns that are already live.

  • For large libraries, use filters to quickly find assets by ad type or size.
